RETURNS

  • We accept returns for store credit.

  • All returned items must be sent within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

  • Send a return request via email to us at taymiaddie@gmail.com with your order number. Return address will be provided once the return request is received.

  • All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags in place and original packaging.

  • Customers must return items using a tracked service at their own cost. Returns with duty or tax charges will not be accepted, so check with your shipping provider to prevent these charges when sending back items.

  • Shipping fee is non-refundable (including any customs import or export fees).

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received.

  • We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Store credits are issued minus the shipping fee.

  • You'll receive an email with the store credit details the store credit works like a coupon code at checkout.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. Your store credit covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

  • If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can cancel your purchase by notifying us via email at taymiaddie@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. A full refund will be issued. However, if the cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled.

RETURN ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns, however, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment service if your garment does not fit.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices change based on demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions. As a result, we cannot refund or credit the difference between the price you paid and the current price.
